Pecan Row Homes is a premium custom homebuilder serving Bryan/College Station and the Brazos Valley. You bring the lot and the vision — we handle every detail of the construction process from permit to punch list. Our fee-based model keeps incentives aligned: we earn our fee when your home is built right, on time, and on budget.

Fully Custom

Every home is designed from scratch with you and your architect. No plan books, no standard packages — ever.

Financially Transparent

Milestone-based draws, open-book cost management, and a fee structure that keeps our incentives aligned with yours.

Built to Last

We build in the $900K–$1.5M+ range with the standard of permanence — quality over throughput, every time.

The Name

A pecan tree lives
three hundred years.

Pecan Row Drive, Wharton, Texas is where our founder grew up. His father, his grandfather, and his uncle built the family home there by hand. He was three years old on the jobsite — his earliest memories are watching them work and learning what it means to build something that lasts.

"Built for Generations" is not a tagline. It is a standard set before the first shovel breaks ground.

The Builder
Two Sides of the Desk

Matthew Hasenpflug has worked both sides of the construction lending relationship — as a banker and as a builder. That background shapes every Pecan Row project.
